auDA Code of Practice

This document provides the Code of Practice for all registrars and resellers in the .au domain.

Compliance with the Code of Practice is compulsory and auDA is responsible for enforcing the Code. Complaints about alleged breaches of the Code will be handled in line with auDA’s Complaints Policy (2003-07).

auDA Dispute Resolution

If a dispute between parties relating to entitlement of a domain name arises, the .au Dispute Resolution Policy (auDRP) provides a cheaper and faster alternative to litigation.  This document provides details on how to file a complaint under the auDRP, as well as how to file a response, the remedies available, and how auDRP decisions are enforced.
